Vape Shop Johannesburg: Order Online & Get Fast Delivery

By Krem Vape July 14, 2026

Krem Vape Studio is a Cape Town vape retailer that ships to Johannesburg and across Gauteng. Sandton, Rosebank, Fourways, Randburg, Midrand, Centurion, Soweto and the East Rand are all covered. Most Johannesburg orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Gauteng is our second-biggest market after the Western Cape, and the orders look different here. Just over half of everything we ship to Gauteng is replacement pods, not new devices. Most of you already own the kit and you are restocking, usually two or three months at a time to make one courier trip count. So this page leads with pods rather than a wall of starter kits.

Find the right pod for your device

This is the part people get wrong, and it is the single most common support question we get from Gauteng. Pods are not cross-compatible between brands, and in some cases not even between models from the same brand. Match the pod to your exact device before you order.

Vaporesso and OXVA

Voopoo, Bewolk and Tjoef

Not sure which coil resistance you are on, or whether yours is due for a change? How long a pod lasts and when to change it covers the signs. Browse everything in pods and coils.

Vaping on the Highveld: what altitude actually does to your pod

Johannesburg sits at roughly 1,750 metres above sea level. Your pods are filled and sealed at the coast and then travel up here, and that pressure difference is real enough to notice.

The air sealed inside a pod expands as the outside pressure drops. So a pod that was perfectly behaved in Cape Town can arrive in Joburg ready to weep the moment you break the seal. Three things help:

  • Open a new pod slowly, upright, over a tissue. Let the pressure equalise before you fit it.
  • Do not top up to the brim. Leaving a little headroom gives the expanding air somewhere to go. This matters more at altitude than at the coast.
  • Expect a wetter first draw. If it gurgles, that is excess liquid in the airway, not a faulty pod. Our guide to fixing a flooded or gurgling vape sorts it in a minute.

Thinner air also makes the same airflow setting feel slightly airier up here than it does at sea level. If a device felt right on a trip to the coast and feels loose at home, close the airflow slider a notch. MTL, RDL and DTL explained covers how draw styles map to airflow.

Disposables and e-liquid to Gauteng

After pods, disposables are the next biggest category we ship here, and then nic salts. The high-puff sealed units travel well and are the easiest thing to stock up on:

If you are buying your first refillable rather than restocking, the XROS 5 Mini at R429, XROS 6 Mini at R429 and OXVA Xlim Pro 3 at R579 are the three we recommend most often. Best Pod Systems South Africa 2026 compares them properly.

Why order from Cape Town instead of a local Joburg shop

The honest case

  • Range. We carry 345 products across 49 brand collections, which is wider than most single physical shops hold
  • Pod availability. Because pods are what we ship most to Gauteng, we hold depth on the lines that matter rather than one pack per model
  • Everything we list is in stock and authentic. No grey imports, no counterfeits
  • You can reach a person who actually vapes before you buy, including on WhatsApp
  • One courier trip. Stock up on pods and juice together and the delivery cost stops mattering

Where a local shop genuinely wins is same-day. If you have run dry today, buy local today. Where we win is the restock you can plan, and the pod your local shop does not hold for your specific model.

Frequently asked questions

How long does delivery to Johannesburg take?+
Most Johannesburg orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch, shipped from Cape Town via our courier partners. You get a tracking number on dispatch. Outlying parts of the East and West Rand can add a day.
Will my pods leak because of the altitude?+
They can weep slightly when you first open them, because the air sealed inside expands on the way up to 1,750 metres. It is not a fault and it does not affect the liquid. Open a new pod upright over a tissue, leave a little headroom when you refill, and expect the first draw to be wet. It settles after that.
How do I know which pods fit my device?+
Match the pod to your exact model, not just the brand. Vaporesso XROS pods fit the whole XROS range. OXVA XLIM pods fit the Xlim family but not the NeXLIM Go or the V-Prime, which each take their own. Voopoo is the one to watch: the Argus G3 Mini takes Argus V2 pods and the full Argus G3 does not use the same pods. If you are unsure, message us with your device name before ordering.
Is there free delivery to Johannesburg?+
Free delivery is available on qualifying orders. The current threshold shows in your cart at checkout. Below it, a flat courier fee applies. Most Gauteng customers order a few months of pods at once, which usually clears the threshold in one go.
Can I collect in person?+
Not in Gauteng. Our own shop is in Pinelands, Cape Town, at 29 Union Avenue, open Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00. Krem products are also stocked by partner stores in Kuils River, Plumstead and Lansdowne, which are independently run. For Gauteng, delivery is the way.
