All orders are couriered and fully tracked. Delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary slightly during busy periods or for outlying areas.
How It Works
Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we get it packed and handed to the courier as quickly as possible. The moment it leaves, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Tracking Your Order
Every order is tracked through Bob Go. Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or head to our Track My Order page and enter your tracking reference or order number for live updates.
Local Pickup in Pinelands
Prefer to collect? Select Local Pickup at checkout. In-store pickup for online orders is available at our Pinelands branch, usually ready within 1 to 3 business days.
We will WhatsApp or email you the moment your order is ready to collect.
Delivery Restrictions
Our courier network does not currently service townships. For certain high-risk areas, deliveries may be redirected to a secure drop box or collection point for safe handover.
If anything affects your delivery, our team will reach out to arrange the best option with you.
