Changed your mind, or something not quite right? Here is exactly how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Krem.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain items can never be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Please check the What cannot be returned section below before starting a request.
Email us at info@kremvape.co.za with your order number and the reason for your return. Once it is approved, we will send you clear instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
Approved returns are sent to 29 Union Avenue, Pinelands, Cape Town, 7405. Please do not post anything back before you have requested a return, as items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at info@kremvape.co.za with a photo and we will make it right.
All vape hardware (mods, pod systems, and kits) carries a 3 month warranty against manufacturer defects out of the box. This does not cover physical damage, liquid or water damage, burnt coils, or general user error.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are strictly non-returnable once purchased:
- E-liquids, replacement pods, and replacement coils
- Any item that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken
- Disposable vapes (see the exception below)
- Sale items and gift cards
Disposable exception: if a disposable is dead on arrival or faulty straight out of the box, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Video evidence of the fault is required before we can process a replacement or store credit.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original (once your return is approved) and place a new order for the replacement. This makes sure you get exactly what you need without waiting on stock to line up.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether it is approved. If it is, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, email us at info@kremvape.co.za and we will chase it up for you.
