You must be 18 years or older to purchase any product from Krem. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request valid identification for age verification on delivery or at in-store pickup, and to refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be confirmed.

We do our best to display products, descriptions, and prices accurately. All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Our online catalogue does not reflect live in-store stock, and product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to limit quantities, at any time.

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once payment is confirmed and we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, including after payment, in cases such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or where we are unable to verify your age. If we cancel a paid order, you will be refunded in full.

Our checkout is secure. We accept:

Payment must be received and confirmed in full before any order is dispatched. We do not accept cash for online deliveries.
