What Wattage Should I Vape At? A Simple Guide for Pod Systems
Wattage controls how much heat your coil produces, which directly affects vapour temperature, flavour intensity, and how quickly your coil and liquid are consumed. Getting it right makes a noticeable difference.

What does wattage actually change?
Too low: Weak, cool vapour. Flavour is muted. E-liquid may pool on the coil instead of being fully vaporised, leading to flooding or gurgling.
Too high: Harsh, hot hits. Burnt edge to the flavour. Coil burns out faster. Can cause dry hits even on a full pod.
Dialled in: Warm, dense vapour. Flavour is at its most expressive. Coil runs at optimal temperature without burning excess e-liquid.
What about devices without adjustable wattage?

The device detects the coil and fires at the correct wattage. You don’t need to adjust anything. These are ideal for beginners because one less variable means fewer ways to get it wrong.
