Best Vapes in South Africa 2026: Our Top Picks

By Krem Vape Studio July 14, 2026

These are the vapes we would actually recommend in late 2026, across every category and price point we stock. Every device named below is live on our shelf at the price shown, and every link goes to the product page rather than a vague collection.

How to read a puff rating. It is the least useful number on a disposable box. What runs out first is the liquid, not the puffs. A high-puff sealed device holds around 20ml, and at a typical 2ml a day that is about ten days whatever the box says. Compare millilitres and price, not puff counts.

Best disposable vapes in South Africa 2026

Disposables are the biggest category in the country. Pre-filled, pre-charged, nothing to set up. These are the ones worth your money.

SA Favourite

Bewolk 25K at R289

South Africa's own disposable, and the one we sell most of. 25,000 puffs rated, dual mesh coil, USB-C rechargeable so the battery lasts as long as the liquid. The default pick if you want local.

Best All-Round

OXBAR G-Prime 25k at R289

Consistent flavour from first puff to last, adjustable airflow, solid build, USB-C rechargeable. Same price as the Bewolk and it comes down to flavour preference between them. We have a full review if you want the detail.

Lower Nicotine

Nova 25K at R299

The one genuinely different option here. Almost every high-puff disposable in South Africa is 5% nicotine. The Nova is 3%, which makes it the sensible choice if 50mg is too much for you or you are stepping down. Hard to find elsewhere.

Highest Capacity

Geek Cyber Tank 40K at R349

The biggest puff rating we carry. More to the point, the most liquid, so it genuinely lasts longer than the 25K devices rather than just claiming to. The pick if you want the fewest trips to restock.

Cheapest

OKK Tripo 20K at R199

The lowest price per device in the range and still a 20,000 puff rating. If you want a sealed disposable and nothing more, start here.

Known Brand

Nasty Bar, R239 to R290

One of the most recognised disposable brands worldwide. We carry the 9K at R239 and the 16K at R290. Smaller capacity than the 25K devices, but a brand a lot of people already trust.

Best pod systems in South Africa 2026

If you vape daily, a refillable pod system costs about a third of a disposable habit to run. You pay once for the device and then only for pods and liquid.

Best Overall

OXVA Xlim Pro 3 at R579

The one we recommend most. A 1500mAh battery, 30W output, 2A fast charging and a 1.05 inch HD colour display. Takes the whole XLIM pod family, which is the most widely available pod range we sell, so you are never hunting for a refill.

Best First Device

Vaporesso XROS 6 Mini at R429

No screen, no settings, just an airflow slider. A 1600mAh battery good for about four days, VENTURI airflow and SSS 2.0 leak protection. Same price as the older XROS 5 Mini, so buy this one.

Best Value

OXVA NeXLIM Go at R369

The most capacity per rand anywhere in the range. An 1800mAh battery and a 4ml pod, which is bigger than anything else near the price, plus ECO and BOOST modes. Fewest refills, fewest charges, least money.

Best SA Brand

Bewolk X, from R155

Battery and sleeve at R155, or R120 for the battery alone. Sealed flavour pods at R165 for 12K and R260 for 30K. No bottles, no filling, no liquid on your hands. The cheapest way out of buying disposables.

Most Power

OXVA V-Prime at R729

A 2600mAh battery driving up to 60W, 5ml top-fill pods and a full-colour screen. The only device we stock that genuinely covers tight MTL through to airy direct-lung in one body.

Biggest Screen

OXVA Xlim 3 Ultra at R649

Same internals as the Pro 3 with a 2.2 inch HD touchscreen instead of a small display. Worth the extra R70 only if you actually want to swipe through settings.

What about mods and sub-ohm kits?

We are going to be straight with you here rather than pad the list. We are a pod and disposable retailer and we do not really stock the high-wattage mod end of the market. If you want a dual-battery box mod and a rebuildable tank for cloud chasing, a specialist will serve you better than we will. What we do hold real depth on is pods, pod systems and the liquid to go in them, and that is what everything above reflects.

Best e-liquids in South Africa 2026

Good hardware needs good liquid, and this is where the real money is saved. Our top sellers from the full e-liquid range:

What is actually selling

  • OHM Liquid RSA Crush series at R259 for 120ml. Blue Crush, Red Crush and Purple Crush are slushy fruit profiles that genuinely taste like the real thing. At about R2 per ml these are among the best value liquids we carry.
  • Bard, our biggest single range at 43 products. Mostly 30ml nic salt longfill kits, and the widest flavour choice on the site by a long way.
  • Binjai Juice. Premium Malaysian-inspired profiles, and the range people come back for once they have tried it.
  • Nasty Liq Salts at R200 for 30ml. Ten flavours, straightforward fruit and cola profiles, reliable.
  • Nic salts for pod systems, freebase longfills for lower strengths. If you are watching cost, 120ml longfills work out roughly a third of the price per ml of 30ml nic salt kits.

Not sure which format you need? The e-liquid buying guide and nic salt vs freebase cover it.

Where to buy

Everything above is available online at kremvape.co.za with nationwide delivery to every province. Our own shop is in Pinelands at 29 Union Avenue, open Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00, and Krem products are also carried by independently run partner stores in Kuils River, Plumstead and Lansdowne, though stock varies at those. Payflex is available for interest-free payments.

What is the single best vape to buy in SA right now?+
It depends on what you need. For a disposable, the Bewolk 25K or OXBAR G-Prime 25k, both R289. For a refillable pod system, the OXVA Xlim Pro 3 at R579 if you want a screen and adjustable power, or the Vaporesso XROS 6 Mini at R429 if you want simple. If you are brand new to vaping, a disposable first is reasonable, then move to a pod system once you know what you like.
Which disposable has the lowest nicotine?+
The Nova 25K at R299, which is 3% rather than the 5% almost every other high-puff disposable runs. If you find 50mg too strong, or you are deliberately stepping your nicotine down, that is the one to look at. For anything lower again you need a refillable pod system and bottled liquid, where you choose the strength.
Are these available in store?+
Everything here is in stock online with nationwide delivery. Our Pinelands shop carries the range too, though not every colour or flavour at all times. The partner stores in Kuils River, Plumstead and Lansdowne are independently run, so it is worth calling ahead if you are making a trip for something specific.
Is the Bewolk 25K the same as the Bewolk XL?+
No, they are completely different products. The Bewolk XL was a pod system and the battery has been discontinued, though replacement XL pods are still available at R220. The Bewolk 25K is a standalone sealed disposable. The Bewolk X is the current pod system that replaced the XL. The complete Bewolk guide sorts out the whole range.
Does Krem ship anywhere in South Africa?+
Yes, every province. Gauteng and the Western Cape are usually 1 to 3 business days, KwaZulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape 2 to 4, and the Northern Cape 3 to 4 with outlying towns sometimes a day longer. Free delivery applies on qualifying orders and the current threshold shows in your cart. Payflex is available at checkout.

For adult use only (18+). Contains nicotine, an addictive substance.
