Local pickup (in-store)
- Availability: Monday to Saturday, collected from our Pinelands branch.
- Processing time: orders are typically ready within 1 to 3 business days.
- Notifications: we'll email or message you the moment your order is ready to collect.
- Before you arrive: please confirm current pickup times with us on WhatsApp at 081 302 1036.

We deliver across South Africa through trusted courier partners. Timelines begin once your order has been processed.

Service coverage & safety restrictions
Township deliveries: standard door-to-door courier services are unfortunately not currently available for township addresses.
High-risk areas: to keep both couriers and your parcel safe, deliveries to designated high-risk areas may be diverted to the nearest secure drop box or collection point. If your address is affected, we'll contact you right away with alternative collection details.
